HOW DO I FILL IN MY DISCOVERY JOURNAL?
Every Journal comes with 2 pages of examples and explanations on how to address each section, using colour diagrams and notes. We are certain once you've completed the first entry you'll get the hang of it!
HOW DO I KNOW DISCOVERY JOURNAL WILL WORK FOR ME?
Every person is different and will approach stress and anxiety differently, depending on where you are in your recovery or journey. Our journals are designed for novice writers who have never journaled before as well as experienced journalers who want to break down their experiences and pinpoint triggers of stress in a strategic manner. The journal will work for you if you are aware of what you want from it.
HOW MANY PAGES ARE THE DIARIES, WHY ISN’T IT A FULL YEAR?
Every Discovery Journal is comprised of 30 entries, with 2 double-sided pages per entry. In order to include a full year of entries, 730 pages would have been required which was unachievable. A notebook or blank diary will usually only be made up of approx 100 pages. As we encourage the "pick it up, put it down" way of writing to make journalling less of a chore and more of a joy, we felt there would be too much pressure on the recipient to write every single day the more pages we included.
WHY ARE THE PAGES IN SECTIONS? AND CAN I HAVE THEM WITHOUT?
The Discovery Journal is in "bullet" form, whereby the pages are built up of several sections. We have designed the journals this way to remove the pressure felt at facing an empty page and make the idea of journaling fun, easy and digestible. Designed to approach daily stress in a manageable way each section addresses part of yourself and your day in a way you can track and monitor.
In order to produce a journal without the sections, you would have to create a bespoke notebook with your requirements. You can find out more about our bespoke works on the main menu.
ARE DISCOVERY JOURNALS AVAILABLE IN ANY SHOPS, WHERE CAN I GET ONE?
Discovery Journals are not yet available in high street shops however they are available on Not on the Highstreet, Etsy, and through local charities. We work primarily from our online shop, social media, and charitable organizations.
DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?
We do offer a gift box option for some of our products as well as our annual Christmas bundles. Our gift boxes are discretely packaged in a beautiful black box with a ribbon and delicate shredded paper to protect your items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DIARY TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch all diaries within 24 hours of ordering. We have 3 shipping options available for our customers in the UK: Free Delivery (3-5 days, un-tracked) or Standard Delivery (under £15 for a supplement of £1.50) or we offer an alternative DHL Next-Day delivery service for a £2 supplement.

For EU Deliveries, all orders require a £5 delivery and the rest of the world is £10. This is determined on weight, most of our products will only require the lesser shipping cost however for much larger orders the shipping increases to £7 (EU) and £15 (RotW)

CAN I RETURN THE DIARY IF I’VE USED IT?
