We ship all around the world!

Our delivery options are as follows:

Free Delivery (UK ONLY)

Available for all orders over £10, there is an extended wait of  5-7 days when opting for this service and your order will be sent untracked. 

​

Standard Delivery £1.95

This is applied to all orders under £50.  

We will use an appropriate courier and this service will take 3-5 working days from dispatch. Dispatch is often the day after an order is placed. Please be aware that wait times may be extended over weekends and bank holidays.

Next Day Delivery £3.99 (FREE OVER £50)

This delivery option is available on every order for a £3.99 supplement. Your order will arrive with you the day after dispatch which often occurs the day after the order is placed with us. We will use an appropriate courier and this service is fully tracked. 

​

We must make you aware that should your order be placed after 12pm on a Saturday or Bank Holiday weekend, your order can not be dispatched until the next working day.

​

Free next-day delivery is applied to all orders over £50.

​

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

​

We advise that any international orders *EU) be placed through our Amazon store. Although we have a limited range available currently (Only Adult Journals) we are building every day. This option will allow a smoother and quicker delivery than conventional postage.

​

International shipping via the website will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

​

We hope you'll love your journal, but if it isn't for you, we will offer a full refund up to 30 days after your purchase. 

We ask that the journal be unused and undamaged when returned. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. hello@discoveryjournal.co.uk

 

UK RETURNS

If you are a UK resident we will cover the payment of your return and send you a returns label via e-mail. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

As we have instructed all international customers to order via Amazon, we also ask you to use their returns system as well. Should you have a question or technical query please don't hesitate to get in contact with us personally.

Please note we can not refund any postage payment made at the time of sale.
